Acclaimed award-winning Canadian country artist JoJo Mason just released a compelling new single ‘Bottom Shelf’ on April 12, 2024 via 604 Records / Warner Music Canada and all streaming platforms.

Produced by multiple award-winning songwriter and producer Ryan Stead, ‘Bottom Shelf’ is a pop/soul-infused track that delves into the raw emotions and aftermath of heartbreak following a breakup.

The track uses the act of finding solace in bottom-shelf drinks as a poignant metaphor for coping with memories of past love.

‘Bottom Shelf’ gives fans the first taste of his new music direction since his incredible EP Sky Full Of Stars (2021), and follows the release of JoJo’s recent passion project ‘Toxic’.

Since breaking into the Canadian country music scene, JoJo has been on a continued mission to find his own unique voice and connect with fans through his music.

With an incredible six Top 10 tracks, he has earned a CRIA Gold-certification for his single ‘Better On You’ and accumulated over 50-million career streams to date.

He is a multiple Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Award nominee and has performed on the CCMA award broadcast multiple times.

Additionally, JoJo has earned the coveted title of Entertainer of the Year (2022) via the BC Country Music Association (BCCMA) Awards and won BreakOut West’s Country Artist of the Year Award (2023).

He has also shared stages with artists such as Dallas Smith, Gord Bamford, Meghan Patrick, James Barker Band, and played for capacity crowds across the country.

Recently, JoJo launched his ‘Mental Health Mondays’ project on the 604 Podcast Network.
