Poor air quality stemming from wildfires in Northern Ontario impacted Rock The Park 2026 in London, Ontario.
On the festival’s opening day, The Lumineers – who were headlining the first day – did not perform, due to the poor air quality.
“Due to the increasing risk posed by the nearby forest fires and deteriorating smoke conditions, our team and The Lumineers made the difficult decision to conclude the event early. The safety of our fans, artists, crew, and staff will always be our highest priority,” organizers said.
“We understand how disappointing this is, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding under these challenging circumstances. Thank you for your continued support of Rock the Park. We are incredibly grateful to our fans and hope to welcome you back again soon under better circumstances.”

The second day of the festival was cancelled all together.
The lineup had included: Jordan Davis, Tucker Wetmore, Braxton Keith and Lanie Gardner.
