Just months after SWOMP covered their headline performance at the inaugural Rockin’ Thunder music festival in Edmonton, Weezer returned to the festival circuit with a set at Corona Capital in Mexico City on Nov. 16, 2025. The band travelled 4,789 kilometres from their last SWOMP-covered appearance, greeting the crowd with frontman Rivers Cuomo’s cheerful, “Hola!, Mexico.”
